I've always been unhappy with my small breasts, but not just the size, I always hated the shape of them, little did I Know I actually had tubular breasts, thankfully a very mild form of it. It's important to choose a surgeon who specialises in surgery on tubular breasts as it not as straight forward as a normal breasts enlargement.
I have always been very self conscious about my boobs because of the shape. I would see other girls with really nice breasts and wonder why mine looked the way they did. The size was never a problem for me as I had D cup boobs, it was always the shape.
